HDP high weather resistant color coating board using HDP tight fat coating, good durability, the use of high molecular weight resin, polymer branch chain less, stable bond energy, not easy photysis, so not easy to powder, improve the gloss. The main properties of high weather resistance polyester are high weather resistance and strong corrosion resistance, which are widely used, and belong to the high-end products of color coated sheet rolls. The coating thickness is generally 5UM anaerobic resin primer +20UM HDP polyester top paint on the front, and 5UM anaerobic resin primer +6UMPE resin top paint on the back.
High weather resistance compact ester resin is synthesized by using monomer containing cyclohexane structure to achieve the balance of flexibility, weather resistance and cost of the resin, the use of non-aromatic polyols and polyacids to reduce the absorption of UV light by the resin to achieve high weather resistance of the paint, and the addition of ultraviolet absorbent and steric amine to the coating formula to improve the weather resistance of the paint film. The coating has been widely recognized in foreign markets and is a very cost-effective type of coating.
